We restore strength, control, and movement quality through targeted, progressive training—not generic exercise programs.

Every client begins with RESET—your initial one-on-one assessment.

From there, we identify the best path forward based on your goals, limitations, and performance needs.

01 — RESET (Build your comeback plan)

We build your comeback plan. From the comfort of your own space, we identify what’s driving symptoms, movement limitations, or performance plateaus and build your individualized comeback plan. Expert eyes on your movement, completely on your schedule.

You’ll leave knowing exactly what your body needs and what phase—REBUILD or RETURN—best supports your next step.

02 — REBUILD (Guided performance progression)

Your focused phase of remote, performance-based physical therapy. REBUILD is a structured 1:1 phase where we apply your RESET plan and rebuild strength, movement capacity, and confidence under training and activity demands. Individualized progression that evolves with you, no matter where you train.

This is for clients who need consistent guidance, structured progression, and support while rebuilding performance capacity.

Once your body is consistently handling load, you transition into RETURN for ongoing support.

03 — RETURN (Ongoing performance support)

RETURN is for maintaining progress and continuing to perform at a high level once your body is consistently handling training and activity demands.This is your long-term performance support system for staying strong, adaptable, and ahead of setbacks.

With direct message access, video form checks, and real-time schedule adaptations, we bridge the gap between rehab and elite movement. Your coach in your pocket, keeping you confident every step of the way.

After RESET, we decide together whether you move directly into RETURN or complete REBUILD first based on your goals, sport demands, and support needs.
