RETURN.
Ongoing performance support after RESET—Staying Ready, Resilient, and Progressing.
START YOUR RESET
Ongoing Performance Support.
Stay Healthy. Stay Strong. Stay Ready.
RETURN is ongoing performance coaching for athletes and active individuals who want continued expert support after completing an initial RESET strategic assessment. Many athletes also transition into RETURN seamlessly after completing their REBUILD phase. This is the next structural phase of your comeback.
You have successfully returned to your training, competitive sport, or the active lifestyle you love—and now you have continued expert support to help you stay robust, adapt to changing workload demands, and keep progressing.
You are not simply trying to get back. You are building what comes next.
RESET → REBUILD OR RETURN
Your training path depends entirely on your body, your performance goals, and what you need to continue moving forward.
What RETURN Is
RETURN provides ongoing monthly access to a movement specialist and performance coach so you can continue progressing with absolute clarity, confidence, and professional support. Instead of guessing what to do next in your fitness, you have an elite strength and conditioning professional in your corner to help you:
Adjust your conditioning blocks as your training demands change.
Progress structural strength and tissue loading capacity.
Manage your running, lifting, throwing, or sport-specific training volumes.
Address movement inefficiencies before they limit your athletic metrics.
Continue building exponentially on the physical progress you have already made.
The ultimate goal is not simply to recover once. The goal is to build the physical capacity to continue doing what matters to you for a lifetime.
What RETURN Helps You Do
Stay exceptionally consistent with training, competitive sport, and daily activity.
Maintain your hard-earned strength foundations and mobility gains.
Adjust your physical training loads appropriately across different training seasons.
Progress high-level running, lifting, throwing, or sport-specific demands.
Address mechanical movement restrictions early.
Build long-term performance resilience and muscular capacity.
Continue progressing without repeatedly pausing your momentum or starting over.
Who RETURN Is For
RETURN is custom-designed for athletes and active individuals who:
✔ Have successfully completed a RESET and/or REBUILD phase.
✔ Are actively participating in their sport, training, or regular fitness activity.
✔ Want ongoing expert guidance, programming adjustments, and accountability.
✔ Want professional support as their seasonal training demands evolve.
✔ Want to reduce the likelihood of recurring movement setbacks.
✔ Want direct, seamless portal access to a physical therapist and performance coach.
What Makes RETURN Different
Most people finish standard physical therapy and are immediately left entirely on their own. RETURN bridges that critical gap. Instead of ending professional support as soon as your baseline physical metrics improve, you stay connected to expert guidance as you navigate the intense demands of real life, heavy training, and sport.
Because being structurally clear of discomfort is not always the same as being performance-ready. And simply returning to an activity is not the same as being physically prepared for everything you want your body to do.
RETURN helps you continue building the strength, capacity, and unbreakable confidence to stay ready for what comes next.
What Support Looks Like
Your performance support is individualized based on your personal goals, training volume, and current level of performance.
RETURN may include:
Direct messaging portal access for technical training questions and guidance.
Exercise adjustments and athletic programming progressions.
Return-to-run, lifting, or high-velocity throwing volume tracking support.
Video review for training movement or sport-specific mechanics.
Load management, volume mapping, and active recovery guidance.
Ongoing virtual performance strategy check-ins.
Continued progression of your baseline strength, mobility, and capacity.
Choose the Level of Support That Fits Your Goals
RETURN is available in three distinct levels of ongoing performance support. The goal is not to choose the most intensive option; the goal is to choose the level of guidance that best fits your current needs, seasonal training demands, and desired lifestyle accountability.
RETURN I
Continued Performance Support
For athletes and active individuals who are progressing well and want continued guidance as they build strength, capacity, and confidence.
May Include: Periodic virtual performance strategy calls (scheduled by you up to every other week), individualized exercise and training progression, program updates as goals evolve, ongoing movement guidance, and secure client portal access.
Best for: Individuals who want continued expert support and individualized programming without high-frequency coaching.
RETURN II
Active Performance Coaching
For athletes and active individuals who benefit from more consistent guidance as training volume and performance demands increase.
May Include: Frequent virtual performance strategy calls (scheduled by you up to weekly), ongoing individualized program progression, training volume and load management conditioning, performance-focused coaching, and secure portal communication.
Best for: Individuals who want more active coaching, regular progression, and ongoing movement tracking.
RETURN III
For competitive athletes and highly active individuals who want a comprehensive, high-touch performance relationship.
Includes: High-frequency virtual performance strategy calls (scheduled by you up to twice per week), continuous individualized progression, ongoing direct messaging access, elite performance and volume training guidance, and continuous support as goals evolve.
Best for: Individuals who want consistent, maximum accountability and ongoing, high-touch support as part of their performance system.
FIND THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
Not every athlete or active individual needs the same frequency of ongoing support. Your RETURN level is determined by your current goals, training demands, progress, and the amount of support that will help you continue moving forward.
